Dear ETC Shareholders,

As you all know it has now been 5 months since WSE shut down and we have yet to hear from them when we can expect the WSE to reopen.

At this point I would like to ask you our shareholders if you would like us to remain listed on the WSE or begin to make other plans. Our only options at this point are to move to another exchange in SL or take the Company private.
