As most of you already know SLIB has had some issues which are directly affecting TGC.
To summarize the events: Someone deposited about 3.2M L$ into the bank, which turned out to be fraudulent. This caused the bank to lose about 4.6M L$.
In regards to the recent TGC sime sale: Blkvelvet Jewel purchased a sim that was to bring a large dividend to the shareholders of TGC. Upon purchasing the sim she cleared the residents. This was not the agreement that she and her partner had with me. I spoke with her right after it happened and she was just scared because of the threats. I phone LL Concierge to check on the problem (when a day later she claimed she didn't do it), they verified that the sim was cleared after ownership had transferred to her.
When a sim is transferred, any of the estate managers, convenant, etc will be removed to make room for the new owner's. TGC is in no way liable for what happened on Commerce City. I have also spoken with a few residents and Lindsay Druart, whom saw her clearing the sim.
With this said, I advised Ms. Jewell to contact LL Concierge to request a roll back to solve the problems, as she now wants to keep the current residents. I spoke with Kyle Linden via telephone on Wednesday and confirmed a few things in regards to the sim clearing. He also advised that she would have to call in to request the roll back, as the sim was no longer in my name. He did, however, state that he was on his way to Commerce City to speak with Blkvelvet to help her in fixing the problem, by rolling back the sim.
At this time, the sim doesn't appear to be rolled back. Which only means that Blkvelvet did not wish to do it. TGC has given a third-party the rights to move the tenants displaced by this issue to other locations that we own and we anticipate to have this complete soon.
In regards to the bank, it is in my best estimate that about 514,000L is still left owing to the customers. TGC is working with 2 other individuals to have this resolved. I expect to have this resolved within a week.
There is also a company expressing interest to purchase TGC as a whole to offer buy-backs of the current shareholders. If this does not happen, I will buy back the company myself.
There was a post made to the effect "Finding JC Brink." It should be known that I have never made an attempt to hide from anyone during this event. I have been in contact and communication with the parties involved, working toward a solution. And will continue to do so until it is resolved.
Regards,
JC Brink
